Responsibilities:

- Execute securities clearing process (End to End) in a timely manner.

- Cross checking of Daily shortage and passing necessary Auction related entries.

- Interaction with Clearing corporation/ Depository related to securities payin/payout activities.

- Ensuring all Compliance requirements from C&S perspective (Weekly/Monthly Reportings etc).

- Reconciliation of DP Beneficiary Accounts.

- Process knowledge about Pledge, Margin Pledge, Off Market and On Market transactions.

- Updation of Pledge Eligible scrips in Back Office.

- Process / Settlements related to Corporate Action of Stocks.

- Dividend process and Reconciliation of Dividend Ledger. Query Handling related to Clearing & Settlement.

Prerequisites:

- Experience in an NSDL-based DP

- Knowledge of Trade life cycle (Equity).

- 3-5 years of total experience.

- NISM Series VI: Depository Operations Certification Examination.
