Position Objective

Industry - Event Management :

- Responsible for planning and implementing the marketing and client servicing strategy for achieving the revenue objectives for the FY

- Lead the Team in maximising opportunities and generating new leads

- Drive innovation within the team for offering creative and innovative solutions to client requirements

- Research new trends, conduct market and client analysis, competitor analysis for future growth plans

Job Expectations :

- To have an excellent network in the Events Industry.

- Partner and support in Sourcing, Recruitment and building of a team in Bangalore for the Event Management vertical

- Excellent network with senior management with potential clients for Corporate Events

- Ability to Ideate and conceptualization on briefs.

- Indepth knowledge in event Management marketing and sales.

- Assisting the team below on all aspects of work.

- Single point of contact on reporting for the branch with the HO.

- Mapping of client. Understanding the structure of the client side and having a structure of the entire business units with the client.

- To ensure monthly Fixed expense target is achieved

- Ensuring 100% familiarity on the Wings Credentials.

- Have good Presentation skills and knowledge on costings.

- Ensuring the service report is sent out on the same day as the meeting.

- Knowledge on Preparing Costing, Budget sheets, closure reports.

- Weekly reports to be sent to senior manager.
