Winfo Solutions - Senior Functional Consultant

- Looking for a Senior Functional Consultant for Payroll and Advance Benefits.

- The role requires a person who can drive the workshops during the project life cycle including discovery and CRP.

- It is required to understand customer needs and suggest best practices in the industry to them.

- Design and implement complex solutions around the below modules (at least three, Payroll is a must)

1. Payroll

2. Advance Benefit

3. Compensation including Workforce Compensation

4. Oracle Time and Labor

- Candidate must have implemented at least two end-to-end implementations as a primary functional consultant.

- Candidates must have a minimum of 6 years relevant experience.

- Candidate must be able to design security and roles for the users of the above modules.

- Candidate must have working knowledge of project management tools like JIRA, ServiceNow etc.

- The candidate should be able to prepare and present solutions to the customer regarding the requirements.

- Candidate must have good communication skills.

- Candidate should be willing to travel within and outside India.
