Key Responsibilities / Job Description

- Participating in M&A engagements and being part of engagements, which are complex and critical

- Summarizing and analyzing financial/accounting information relating to income statements, balance sheets, profitability data, quality of earning, quality of net assets etc.

- Analysis of financial results of target companies by reviewing their accounting records and conducting interviews with management

- Analyzing forecast financial information and projections to evaluate the appropriateness of assumptions utilized for the preparation of the model.

- Identifying issues for purchase price reduction, deal structuring or deal termination

- Preparing Excel data books analyzing revenue, margins, costs, assets, liabilities, networking capital trends, valuation model input assumptions, analysis of forecasts etc.

- Drafting financial diligence reports for sharing with clients / lenders

- Building relationship with clients across the globe and developing open communication channels

Looking for candidates:

1. Currently working on financial due diligence projects

2. Strong experience in the areas of waterfall analysis , financial statements, MS-Excel skills and ability to manage large data sets are mandatory

3. Strong analytical skills and communication skills

4. Must have hands on experience in to waterfall analysis with healthcare sector

4. No travel required.
