Windy Street - Senior Associate - Financial Due Diligence

We are recruiting for an Sr. Associates in the Financial Due Diligence team.

Job Responsibilities:

- Summarizing and Analyzing financial information (trial balances, income statements, balance sheets and cash flows)

- Preparation of data books in accordance with firm and professional standards and in accordance with the requirements of the project

- Reconciling information provided by management with the Audited financial information

- Identification of issues and carrying out the relevant financial analysis

- Highlighting unusual trends observations and frame questions for management

- Performing review of reports for consistency

- Establishing strong professional relationships.

- Looking for candidates:

- CA/MBA/ CFA with 1-2 years of post-qualification experience

- Currently working on financial due diligence projects

- Strong experience in the areas of financial statements, MS-Excel skills, and ability to manage large data sets are Qualified mandatory

- Preparing Excel data books analyzing revenue, margins, costs, assets, liabilities, networking capital trends, valuation model input assumptions, etc.

- Strong analytical skills and communication skills
