Senior Associate/ Assistant Manager Business Valuation - Windy Street

- Working on business valuations, valuation reviews of various private and public companies of various industries

- Building of financials model from scratch using DCF and market-based approach

- To prepare models related to goodwill impairment and PPE impairment

- Built purchase price allocation ("PPA") financial models for M&A transactions covering tangibles and i- intangibles assets

- Preparation of detailed reports stating analysis and finding

- Preparation of question list to be sent to client focusing on the operational performance and valuation approach considered

- Valuation of portfolio companies of private equity and venture capitalist firms

- Assisting on valuation audit projects (WACC assumptions, projections and valuation methodology)

- Drafting initial valuation approach after understanding company background and performing financial statement analysis

- Interaction with client asking the rationale for projections and methodology adopted

- Required Experience: Business / Intangible Valuation, Financial Modelling, DCF / Market Approach, ASC 350 / ASC 805 / IAC 409A Valuation

- Number of years of experience; Big 4 / Top 10 Accounting Firms

- Manager ; 5 to 8 Years with excellent communication, strong excel, financial modelling and analytical skills, team management and client management skills.

- Senior Associate ; 3 to 5 years with excellent communication, strong excel, financial modelling and analytical skills

- Associate ; 1 to 4 years with excellent communication, strong excel, financial modelling and analytical skills

Required Qualifications: CFA (Preferred) / CVA or any other Valuation Certification (Preferred) / CA / MBA from a Reputed College
