Windy Street - Manager - Financial Due Diligence

- Participating in M&A engagements and being part of engagements, which are complex and critical

- Summarizing and analyzing financial/accounting information relating to income statements, balance sheets, profitability data, quality of earnings, quality of net assets, etc.

- Analysis of financial results of target companies by reviewing their accounting records, preparing PL, BS and supporting schedules with trial balance, highlighting trends and preparing agenda with trending questions and conducting interviews with management.

- Identifying adjustments for quality of earnings, net working capital and net debt along with write-ups. Preparation of Recast/Adjusted Income Statements.

- Analyzing forecast financial information and projections to evaluate the appropriateness of assumptions utilized for the preparation of the model.

- Identifying issues for the purchase price reduction, deal structuring, or deal termination

- Preparing Excel data books analyzing revenue, margins, costs, assets, liabilities, networking capital trends, valuation model input assumptions, analysis of forecasts, etc.

- Drafting financial diligence reports for sharing with clients/lenders

- Building relationships with clients across the globe and developing open communication channels

Looking for candidates:

1. Currently working on financial due diligence projects, buy-side/sell-side/DAS

2. Strong experience in the areas of financial statements, MS-Excel skills, and the ability to manage large data sets are mandatory

3. Strong analytical skills and communication skills

4. Need to be flexible to cater to client needs and management meetings

5. No travel is required
