Key Responsibilities / Job Description:

- Building financial models discounted cash flow, market multiple, market transaction

- Analyzing and summarizing financial performance

- Writing business valuation reports, including company analyses, and application of business valuation approaches and methods

- Experience working on the valuation team of a global public accounting (Big 4) or consulting firm

- Demonstrated ability to work independently, interface with client management, gather facts, organize data, analyze financial statements and other financial data, identify relevant issues, and propose solutions

- Strong computer skills, including MS Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint a must)

- Understanding of basic financial concepts (NPV, DCF, WACC, etc.)

Looking for candidates:

- MBA / CA /CFA with 3+ years of financial modeling/business valuation experience

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Strong commitment to professional and client service excellence

- Proven time management, organizational, and prioritization skills

- Ability to effectively manage multiple engagements simultaneously
