- In-depth knowledge of Karnataka prevention of Fragmentation Act 1966, the Local Stamp Act., Transfer of Property Act., The Karnataka Rent Act, 1999, The Karnataka Land Revenue Act, 1964, The Karnataka Land Reforms Act., 1961, The Indian Registration Act, 1908, Easement Act., The Indian Arbitration Act, 1996, Indian Contract Act, 1881, Consumer Protection Act, Negotiable Instrument Act.
- In-depth knowledge of State and Central Act.
- Liasoning with local farmers, third parties, government bodies for sale process and getting the land mutated. Liasoning with local police, Talathi, Revenue office, local villagers, Consultants, Land Surveyor etc.
- Expertise in drafting and vetting agreement and contracts such as Lease Deed, Leave and License, Agreement for Sale, Sale Deed, Relinquish Deed, Power of Attorney, Conveyance Deed, Transfer Deed, LOI, Development agreement, Mortgage Deed, Term Sheet, Earnest Note, MOU.
- Knowledge of Conversion of Agriculture to Non-Agricultural Land, Green Belt conversion, and other conversion and transfer in favor of the user company.
- Knowledge of RTC, Mutation entries/ Registers, Encumbrance Certificates, Title Clearance, Assessment Bills, Patta book, Khatha certificate/extracts, Genealogical Tree, Hissatippani, I.L & RR, certified copy of Akarband, Village Map.
