Experience in Corporate Litigation

- Civil Litigation, Dispute Resolution and Arbitration before the Bombay High Court, Supreme Court of India and National Company Law Tribunal.

- Drafting and attending negotiations on documentation related to the renewable energy sector.

- To effectively handle all legal matters, litigations, matters related to corporate law etc in line with the principles laid down at Organizational level.

- To assess and handle implications of legal matters in Projects, Operations and M&A.

- File timely litigations with strong arguments & defense.

- Maintain highest levels of accuracy and integrity in all databases /systems at all times

- Maintain effective relationships with various Counsels, legal / statutory bodies, stakeholders for effectively

- Handling issues related to legal matters.

- To ensure proper handling of queries raised by Internal/ External bodies

Experience: 15 to 30 Years
