Educational Qualification: LLB / LLM

Job Description:

- Prospective Candidate will be responsible for dealing with all legal matters; Litigation matters

- Basic Knowledge of Civil, High Court, Criminal and Consumer Court matters

- Attending Court matters with advocate.

- Giving inputs/briefing to advocate for new matter for all India.

Major Deliverables:

- Litigation monitoring for all businesses

- Close monitoring of litigation across all business verticals

- Providing support, direction and guidance to the Business Teams for criminal matters, labour issues etc.

- Engaging and briefing advocates and attending hearings.

- Attending to complaints filed / proceedings initiated against the company and its officers

Specialized job competencies:

- Strong litigation background and well versed with court procedure and practices across India

- Experience in Arbitration

- Experience dealing with Police Stations.

- Experience in handling criminal proceedings pan India

- Leadership qualities and strong inter-personal skills

- Computer literate in MS Office

- Proficient in both spoken and written English,Marathi and Hindi

- Should be open to new ideas and bring Best Practices to the organization
