Job Specifications :

- Review own and others work product to quickly identify data errors

- Research and provide updates and escalation for client requests (internal and external).

- Work with team members to gaining resolution

- Refers complex, unusual problems to team leaders

- Achieve required targets

- Update the Audit form for every audit

- Maintain high level of quality

- Share the Audit Results with the VR Team within the given timelines

- Follow up with the team and close the shortcomings.

Desired Profile :

- Strong finance and accounting knowledge, specifically concepts around reconciliation

- Strong analytical background with an eye for details

- Competent user of internal auditing systems

- Ability to learn new processes and systems. Should have the ability to adapt to changes

- Should have an eye for detail, passion for quality and excellence in logical reasoning

- Should be able to prioritize / organize tasks and work within stiff timelines

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Excellent time, query and compliance management

- Ability to work under pressure

Ability to work independently and as a part of the team

- A dynamic individual with excellent interpersonal skills and good academic track record.
