Responsibilities :
- Accountable for customer onboarding, vetting, collections and all related processes and systems activities
- Define, track and inform business stakeholders of Key Performance Indicators (KPI) and produce early risk alert signals
- Assures successful implementation of standard global processes, evaluates end-to-end performance and adjusts as needed. Ensures processes are implemented on a global basis
- Designs and implements transactional processes of the Order to Cash value stream, including development of a global process - Blueprint- that will be implemented into policies, procedures, and systems
- Work closely with the outsourced BPO team in India to understand the WLT operations and elicit their future requirement
- Establishment of ongoing continuous improvement culture and practices
- Establish regular communications cadence with senior management on process progress and performance issues
- Ensure daily and periodic activities as required by the business are part of effective OTC controls and are carried out timely, completely and accurately
- Work with regional CFOs and Group treasury to get sign off on their functional vision plans
- Ensure there is proper coordination within the Collections and Cash Apps team and also across centers on flow of information, collaboration and handovers
- Support the governance of business change within the portfolio
- Support the full change lifecycle for O2C deliverables - plan, extract, develop, test, deploy, support
