This role is responsible for partnering with the Sales and support functions & address their HR needs to manage employee lifecycle.
Prior Experience in working with Sales driven organisation is a must - like FMCG / Consumer Durables, Pharma, Banking , Retail etc
Key Responsibilities of the Role:
- Manpower Planning & Talent Acquisition
- Recommend and implement changes in Org structure
- Propose, analyze and evaluate current and new resource plan and give inputs to manpower budgets
- Ensure that organizational structure and roles is aligned with the organizational goals
- Sales Recruitment
- Talent Management & Capability Building
- Identify individual development needs
- Identify HiPo's and develop their retention plan
- Create and execute Career Movement Plans
- Build succession plan for high contribution roles
- Learning & Development
- Develop Learning Plans
- Identify and execute appropriate learning programs
Employee Engagement
- Understand the pulse of the organisation by understanding qualitative and quantitative insights
- Drive Annual Engagement surveys and execute action plans accordingly
- Counsel members to boost morale and motivation of the team
- Drive the Corporate Reward & Recognition framework within the functions
Performance Management:
- Review and implement the PMS systems to drive productivity and rewards
- Monitor Individual KRA's and advice on effective alignment with the functional & organizational goals
- Partner with the fucntional stakeholder on framing objective KRA's linked to the functional goals
- Drive timely submission of KRA and ensure fair assessment and participate in appraisal discussion
- Design and execute Performance Variable plans for tactical and strategic results
- Review various HR metrics of the function with the key stakeholder from time to time and advice on an action plan
- Employee Lifecycle Management
- Ensure defined HR processes are followed in the given functions
- Drive HR excellence in service delivery and balance empathy and process
- Own the people data for the given function in the HRIS
Strategic HR:
- Assist senior management in Strategic HR including culture building, Succession Planning , L&D planning
Qualification and Experience:
- An MBA Graduate with specialisation in HR
- 4-6 yrs experience in Sales HR/ HRBP / Corporate HR
- Should have good appreciation of HR concepts
- Should have good understanding of business processes
- Should be a Self Starter
- Is Passionate about transforming the Human Capital of an organization
