- Drive top line & bottom line in EBOs / Franchise stores
- Formulate the annual budget and monthly business plans
- Analyse sales trend and execute interventions to support business
- Conduct scheduled retail reviews with the regional teams
- Prepare and execute Retail marketing plans
- Manpower reviews and training plans
- Plan & execute Retail store level activation calendar to drive business
- Drive cost saving initiatives to improve channel bottom line
- Co-ordinate with the product teams to plan product placement & sales plans
- Review sell through/ product mix with Retail Merchandiser and plan corrective actions
- Ensure store adherence to Retail SOPs
- Implement all system changes in coordination with the IT team
