Retail Operations Manager (Regional)
This position is the leader of the Sales Team of a geography. RSOM is accountable for achieving the regional sales and profitability goals. This role provides direction and leadership to the field Regional Managers while responsible for the customer satisfaction and market share within the Regional geography
Retail Operations 1. Managing retail day to day operations in the region along with Channel managers 2. VM - Adherence of weekly Lookbook, VM SOP discipline, VM training 3. New Product launches with promotional activities across key markets 4. EBO Management
Sales :
1. Driving revenue for primary and secondary channel (Sales planning, SSG, Target, business review)
2. Understand and analyze competitors, market trends and general conditions that will affect the business over the short and long term
New Business development - Maximizing new business development opportunities by identifying potential market gaps, market study of the right catchment, developing network by liaisoning with available sources including identifying, locating and proposing potential sites, negotiating with owners, finalize and ensure site's availability for timely opening as per business plan. Providing end-to-end support and coordination for new store opening.
- The desired candidate should have 4-6 years of relevant experience of managing consumer channel sales / Regional retail operations
- He/she should be currently managing a regional role
- Retail industry is a must - Footwear / Apparel / Accessory / FMCG /FMCG
