4) Ensure proper display of products as per planogram

5) Forecast sales per store and adjust/re-adjust assortment accordingly

6) Factor in price cut, offers, schemes, competition activity to ensure proper merchandise at store

7) Remain Up-to-date with the latest merchandising trends and best practices
