Lead: Content Marketing

We are looking for a highly analytical thinker with an audience-first mindset for the role. Candidates will be experts on inbound marketing, website analytics, understand the nuances, advantages, and shortcomings of each platform, and know how to utilize SEO data in formulating a campaign strategy. Familiarity with marketing automation tools and platforms like MoEngage, HubSpot, etc is a big plus.

The individual will manage the SEO partner/agency and content creators and will require excellent interpersonal and communicative skills, as well as demonstrate sound leadership and decision-making ability.

Responsibilities:

- Orchestrating digital content strategies across website and app. (Both B2B and B2C)

- Driving traffic and engagement that translates to sales and brand promotion.

- Create an editorial calendar, delegate tasks, and ensure that deadlines are met.

- Managing a content marketing budget.

- Understanding of web publishing requirements.

- Ability to predict audience preferences with an editorial mindset.

- Hands-on experience with SEO and web traffic metrics.

- Measuring the results of marketing activity to inform future marketing campaigns.

- Managing a team of writers, illustrators, and partners (Content, Growth & Data)

- Implementing SEO best practices.

- Designing and implementing creative marketing strategies to disseminate content.

Requirements:

- Proven work ex in Content Strategy, Content Marketing and/or Retention

- Bonus: Familiarity with Marketing Automation platforms and tools like HubSpot, MoEngage, Mail Chimp, etc

- Data-driven and highly analytical.

- Proficiency with Google Analytics.

- Excellent interpersonal skills.

- Excellent written and verbal communication.
