Wibmo - Vice President - Engineering

Responsibility :

- Manage and grow the production engineering division in the company

- Build the center of excellence in large and very large scale transaction processing

- Establish processes, security frameworks, industry practices, and ensure compliance across all production systems and services

- Manage and improve the day to day production operational processes and service level commitments

- Contribute to the planning and development of the company as a member of the senior leadership in the company

- Take ownership for strategic planning for future growth, formulating policies and practices to ensure growth and scalability with no disruption to daily operations

- Take responsibility for 24x7, high available environment, ensuring that it meets and exceeds customer SLAs

- Continuously improve operational efficiencies, drive automation, and zero error rate practices

- Provide high quality operational & technical application support to customers & internal business functions

- Ensure compliance with service standards and guidelines as per banks- & ITIL best practices.

- Establish operational governance, best practices for Infrastructure management & documentation that serve as benchmarks for excellent service

- As the head of the division, provide guidance and take responsibility for development of operational personnel

- Establish and drive change management processes in pre-production and production systems

Experience :

- Minimum 10 years of experience in managing IT systems, application, and transactional operations in a 24 x 7, high volume environment

- Financial systems, payment systems, or banking industry operational experience is a distinct advantage
