Roles and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for staring business in a new vertical (outside banking)
- Creative solutioning and defining fintech solutions for the non-banking sector
- Understanding customers' diverse & specific business needs and applying services /product knowledge to meet those needs
- To manage the entire sales life cycle: strategic planning to tactical activities for revenue
- Effective sales planning and meeting targets, thereby also contributing to team targets
- Responding to any bid documents; writing or reviewing proposals
- Delivering presentations and demonstrations to the clients with support from the delivery team

- Build and manage a sales team, for all India growth
The experience:
- Overall 15-25 yrs of experience, in sales
- Good knowledge working in Banking and Financial domain a Plus
