Role:
We are looking for young and dynamic individuals who can help build the HR organization and bring in best industry practices.
- The role is to be hands-on, in the day to day functioning of all aspects of the HR department
- Create, implement policies, which are mandatory for every employee.
- Sound knowledge of Labor law compliance a must.
- Bring in tools and automation to ensure smooth functioning of the department.
- Managing recruiting and hiring employees, coordinating employee benefits and suggesting employee training and development strategies.
- Work closely with all stakeholders and ensure timely delivery of resources, training, and policies.
- Be flexible to changing business requirements and be highly self-motivated.
Responsibility:
- Requirement gathering from the Hiring Managers.
- Responsible for the complete recruitment cycle. i.e., Sourcing to On-boarding.
- Responsible for the development of processes and metrics that support the achievement of the organization's business goals.
- Develop an active database pool of qualified candidates for future needs.
- Research and recommend new sources for building the talent pool.
- Collate required documentation for onboarding and conducting Background Verification Check.
- Developing and administering human resources plans and procedures that relate to company personnel
- Planning, organizing, and controlling the activities and actions of the HR department
- Contributing to the development of HR department goals, objectives, and systems
- Prepares periodic reports for management, as necessary or requested, to track strategic goal accomplishment.
- Employee Data Management.
- Track Recruitment activities diligently.
- Participate in Employee Engagement programs.
- Participate in HR back office Operations functions.
