Designation : Director - Product Management

You may be a good fit if :

- You can own the product vision, build and execute the product road map, to meet the business priorities

- You can understand, and appreciate the technological know-how, that goes behind building complex enterprise scale payment products

- You can lead a cross functional team towards building towards the product vision

- You can think of the big picture as well as zoom in to address problem at root level

- You have an aptitude for introducing new products and features with qualitative and quantitative reasoning

- You can turn incomplete, conflicting, or ambiguous inputs into solid action plans

- You communicate with empathy and exceptional precision

- You have a technical background in software engineering over your career and you like to get involved with engineers to discuss about product decisions

- You have a knack of iterating product while keeping sight the relevant metrics to improve

- Have a solid understanding of business fundamentals and use them at work, everyday

Qualifications :

- You've spent at least eight to ten years in product development, with years of experience specifically in product management

- You've mentored product managers, engineers, and designers in how to work together to build great products

- BE / BTech/ MBA from a Tier 1 university

- Any prior experience in a startup is highly preferable

- Any prior payment industry experience is highly preferable

- Brownie points given if you excel at something, apart from work
