Job Responsibilities:

We are seeking a solid, self-starting colleague to partner with business teams who are enabling decisions for growing existing businesses and building new ones from scratch. This role is more than finance: it requires ability to invent, go beyond the standard business rules to - experiment- and - conceive- - together with the business partners - to enable financially sustainable solutions.

As the Business Finance Manager of a growing organization, you will deal with a high level of ambiguity and changing priorities. The successful candidate will communicate effectively across teams and levels, while balancing the needs and requirements of internal and external customers.

- Revenue and expense management, analysis and continuous improvement in reporting for business decisions

- Review revenue model, action for improvement and implement the same, demonstrate the result

- Work closely with business teams to analyze customer contracts, pricing, renewal and revenue assurance.

- Identify avenues for cost optimization and automation

- Strong knowledge of business finance management, business planning and finance operational background.

Qualifications:

- MBA from top B-School or a Chartered Accountant

- 5+ years of relevant experience in managerial position in any complex business organization in positions that require budgeting, variance analysis, and data interpretation of business impact and results
