Job Description: Head of Credit

Reporting to: CEO

Location: Jaipur

Salary: 10-40 Lakh/PA

Responsibilities - 

- Overall responsibility for the Unsecured and Digital Credit management function.

- Oversee the underwriting, credit control, Risk management and Deployment of new Models

- Establishing new lending platform, Risk Management Strategy and Designing/Updating all credit underwriting Infrastructure.

- Expertise in overall frameworks and ensure that portfolio is managed appropriately.

- Overall development of the Credit Risk Management process in line with business needs.

- Develop a strong internal and External Relationships

- Attend Investors if required in conjunction with the Head of Treasury and other Strategic Alliance.

Requirement - 

- Degree in Finance/Accounting/ MBA from top Tier Institute or CA with 5+ years of Experience.

- At least 5 years- experience within Credit / Lending Industry, with a good exposure to digital lending

- Experience in a banking Institution/Retail Banking / Consumer Lending

- Strong Credit evaluation and Risk Management experience where complex credits and structuring are involved

- A team player who can manage efficiently in a changing environment and lead/motivate the team

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong technical and analytics skills would be beneficial but not essential (eg. SAS, SQL, credit risk model / scorecard development)
