Key Responsibilities
- Sourcing new partners / vendors and executing affiliate / partnership campaigns.
- Negotiating and initiating attractive affiliate / partnership campaigns and ensuring mutually beneficial terms that are in line with business objectives and strategy.
- Converging efforts across teams (Finance, Legal, Technology, Creative, Finance, PR, and content) for smooth and effective deployment of campaigns.
- Planning and allocation of the marketing budget while working in tandem with the performance marketing teams.
- Forecast, measure, and report the results of various campaign with partners.
- Maintaining and deepening relationships with existing vendors / partners.
- Developing metrics to measure ROI from partnerships.
- Develop and manage online affiliate network and advertising partner relationships
- Enhancing the efficiency of our Affiliate marketing activities
- Collaborate with internal departments to deliver fully integrated affiliate campaigns.
- Perform extensive campaign analysis to find growth opportunities. Creating weekly and monthly affiliate marketing plans and budgets for our different curriculum.
- Manage internal relationships for creatives to be published, generate leads and closures through partners
Requirements
1. Proven experience as an affiliate marketing executive/manager or a relevant role
2. Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques
3. Fast learner and passion for marketing and account management
4. Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
5. Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations
6. Working experience of a minimum of 4 years.
7. Experience of working on attribution tools like Apps Flyer and Voluum (preferred but not mandatory)
