Job Title : Associate Director/Director P&L

Job Purpose :

- Whitehat Jr is looking for a passionate P&L to work on different initiatives.

- This role involves working closely with all the internal and external stakeholder management.

- The role will traverse multiple functions as the need arises, giving you exposure to various aspects of the business

Roles & Responsibilities :

- Complete P&L ownership ; responsible for managing entire customer funnel

- Daily spend and revenue management

- Driving growth initiatives by working closely with tech/product/operations

- Driving innovation in the customer funnel to bring in more cost efficiencies

Skill sets & requirements :

- 4 to 6 years' experience in managing critical, fast paced projects

- Ability to adapt to new business strategy or changes in existing strategy. Much like a consulting approach.

- Aggressive; "Take no prisoners" approach. The founder is extremely driven and aggressive, and the curriculum director should have the same all-consuming drive.

- Systems Thinking; Create a strong and out of the box curriculum to build a rocket-ship.

- Multi-Dimensional, "Growth Hacker" Skill Set with a strong sense of ownership for work.

Qualifications & Experience :

- 4 to 6 years' experience in managing critical, fast paced projects

- Must be from a Tier 1 Institute.

- Top Consulting/Start-up Background preferred.
