Qualification: Engineering/Post Graduate from premium Tier 1 institutes

WhiteHat Jr. is looking for a passionate, aggressive Operations Leader to run and drive the Sales Enablement team across India and International market with a deep passion for reinventing early childhood education. He/She will be managing the Audit, Training, Systems and Operations, Performance Management team of Sales Operations with a team span of 50 - 70 members including 6 - 8 direct team.

Experience: Minimum 8 - 10 years of hard-core Operations experience in a fast-growing start-up, preferably B2C start-up.

Job Description:

- Owning the audit, training and process efficiency function

- Setting up the performance management system and its execution

- Identifying areas improvement in sales conversion by both product intervention and process intervention.

- Ensuring that there are no leakages in the processes and plug those leakages to improve Operations funnel.

- Ensuring that the audit results and findings are conveyed to the stakeholders for both corrective and preventive actions.

- Work closely with the stakeholders of the market assigned.

- Prepare audit findings, detailed audit reports, and develop recommendations.(qualitative and quantitative insights)

- Ensuring high quality standards in terms of Operations experience of the leads

- Develop audit objectives, plans, and scope by reviewing available information and conducting research

- Help design, implement, and maintain internal audit procedures.

- Manage a team of auditors and team leaders working on different audit processes.

- Ensure compliance with all applicable plans, policies, and standards

- Follow up on audit recommendations

- Ensure close looping with the training team in order to give them real time feedback and help improve the quality of calls
