Role Description

As the Growth Lead, you will play a pivotal role in driving organic growth for the vertical. The role involves developing a deep understanding of the market & subsequently conceptualizing and driving initiatives for organic growth. It involves -

- Developing deep understanding of potential user base for creativity education

- Creating an overall organic growth strategy

- Conceptualizing initiatives to build an organic top of the funnel

- Defining initiatives to drive product awareness & trials

- Drive initiatives implementation to achieve the target organic growth
