WhiteHat Jr. is looking for a passionate, aggressive Training Leader to run and drive the Sales training team across India and International market with a deep passion for reinventing early childhood education. He/She will be managing the 3 tier training team of Sales training with a team span of 50 - 70 members including 3 - 4 direct team
Minimum 8 - 10 years of hard-core Operations experience in a fast-growing start-up, preferably B2C start-up.
Job Description :
- Owning the training function
- Setting up the performance management system of trainers and its execution
- Identifying areas improvement in sales conversion by both product intervention and process intervention.
- Work closely with the stakeholders of the market assigned to plug gaps in Sales Training - improve sales pitch, monitor impact of the revised pitch.
- Help the central team to launch new initiatives by designing the pitch and training the floor on it.
- Set up processes to help your team prepare detailed training reports, and develop recommendations. (qualitative and quantitative insights)
- Ensuring high quality standards in terms of Operations experience of the leads
- Ensure compliance with all applicable plans, policies, and standards
- Ensure close looping with the sales team in order to give them real time feedback and help improve the quality of calls
