Reporting to the Global Performance Head as part of the center of excellence (COE), You will be responsible for driving the creative process across regions, ensuring that our creative campaigns - from TV and digital commercials, through to employee recognition assets are creatively outstanding and strategically relevant. Design and content, while setting the benchmark for creative excellence in the category, must also consistently and positively reflect our brand image and values. EdTech is an exciting category, and there is plenty of opportunity to create award winning work which moves our audiences of parents and kids.

With a minimum of 10years experience, you should have hands-on experience of creating outstanding creative campaigns which have built brands through powerful storytelling. You will ideally have a background in ATL as well as digitaland, should have worked on national campaigns for top brands as well as digital campaigns.

Your qualifications are less important than your talent, your energy and your ability to get things done, quickly. Previous experience of developing creative campaigns for EdTech or E-commerce brands will be an asset.

Responsibilities :

Job Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

- Overseeing all creative output for the brand globally, ensuring that it is creatively excellent and strategically on brief.

- Working with an internal team of creative resources as well as external agencies and partners to create outstanding creative ideas and executions across all formats.

- Working closely with the Performance Lead to ensure that creative executions across social media are of high quality, and that brand is amplified across all social media channels, with consistent tone of voice.

- Conceptualizing and delivering innovative and high-recall brand properties across formats, including webseries, podcasts and events.

- Presenting ideas to the Global Head of COE / vertical leaders for inputs/signoff.

- Motivating and inspiring a team of creative professionals, including art directors, copywriters and designers, providing coaching and guidance to enable them to excel, and create market-effective, award winning work.

Skillsets and requirements

- Copywriting or art background - either will do, but you should be full of big ideas

- Agency background of at least 5-7 years is a must

- Working knowledge of industry standard software and design tools

- Self-motivated and a self-starter - able to drive plans and lead /inspire a team

- High energy, resilient.
