- Engineering/Post Graduate from premium Tier 1 institutes (ISB/IIM/IIT/BITS Pilani/SPJain/JBIMS)-
- Leading and owning data and analytics for Sales BU.
- Building sales insights by executing diagnostics/predictive analytics covering the entire sales cohort from various parameters like inputs, product, category etc.
- Designing programs targeting sales performance- incentives, appreciation, rewards, performance management
- Leading a Team of 8 -12 people
- Management dashboard designs and reporting process automation to enable business objectives
- Execution of RCA and hypothesis-based analysis to support the business insights and embed those into business actions.
Skills Required:
- Strong in SQL & Excel and good to have experience in Tableau.
- Strong exp in RCA & statistics
- Data Analytics Visionary.
- Experience in the field of Data Analysis, Data Visualization, Data modeling
- Strong in analysing the Data and creating dashboards.
- Strong in communication, presentation and business intelligence.
- Multi-Dimensional, "Growth Hacker" Skill Set with a strong sense of ownership for work.
- Aggressive - Take no prisoners- approach.
- Preparing internal reports for executive leadership and supporting their decision making.
