Title : Investment Associate Job Description : - The candidate would focus on deep diving into investment opportunities to understand and analyse the quality of a business and drawing unique insights from her research. - Assessing the quality of the management team and the underlying culture within the company is of critical importance. Research would be focused on the potential of the company to compound returns over a long time frame, rather than on event driven, short term catalysts. - Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential for this role.
