- As our Vice President - Sales Strategy, you will lead and be responsible for the end-to-end management of the sales vertical of our business across all our existing and upcoming territories, including but not limited to: Sales Strategy & Planning, Distribution Partner Management, Reseller Relationships, Human Capital Management, Receivables & Working Capital Management, P&L Management, Geographical Expansion, etc.

Your day-to-day responsibilities for all our Markets will include, but not be limited to:

- Developing comprehensive sales, distribution & expansion strategies as per the growth goals of our organization

- Focusing relentlessly on creative consumer & customer acquisition and relationship building initiatives to fuel the constant growth of our business

- Ensuring strong brand & product visibility and other critical activities at all points of sale to continuously maximize brand & product awareness and recall

- Managing our working capital efficiently by forecasting demand and managing continuous stock flow of all SKUs to all points of sale as well as managing timely collection of payments, as required

- Monitoring competitor activities and proposing appropriate competition strategies

- Managing & building strong, mutually beneficial relationships with each of our Distribution & Reselling Partners

- Managing, mentoring & leading our entire sales team to ensure continuous Human Capital Excellence as well as high levels of Team Motivation & Happiness

- You will also work hand-in-hand with our Senior Management team, our Regional & Central Leadership teams as well as interface directly with various external sales, distribution, public relations & communications teams on a variety of business topics

Core Requirements:

- Unique ability to simultaneously be a captain & a soldier, a leader & a resource, a mentor & a team-mate

- Work experience of 8-10 years, ideally within the Alcohol Industry in a Senior Sales Coverage & Strategy role

- Education at a top-tier university/college

- Excellent communication skills and an outgoing and enthusiastic personality

- Ability to think creatively and make decisions analytically

- Excellent leadership, mentorship and problem solving skills

- Strong work ethic and discipline

- Paranoia for organization, timeliness and optimization

- Passion for entrepreneurship, sales and top quality beer
