Responsibilities:
Strategy Development:
- Develop and execute comprehensive performance marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth for omnichannel business.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, algorithm changes, and emerging platforms to ensure our marketing efforts remain innovative and effective.
- Channel management: meta, google, snapchat, tik tok, etc
- Lead the planning, implementation, and optimization of paid advertising campaigns on platforms.
- Analyse campaign performance metrics, conduct A/B testing, and refine strategies to maximize ROI and achieve key performance indicators.
Creative Thinking and Content Development:
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling and innovative ad creatives that resonate with the target audience.
- Utilize data-driven insights to inform creative decisions and continuously optimize ad content for better engagement and conversion rates.
- Stay at the forefront of new content formats (Reels) and new Ad concepts (AR Ads)
- Develop full journeys from landing pages to final click.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with other departments, including product management, brand management/social media marketing, sales, and analytics, to align marketing strategies with overall business goals.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to integrate performance marketing efforts with broader brand campaigns.
Budget Management:
- Develop, manage, and optimize the performance marketing budget to ensure efficient allocation of resources and maximum return on investment.
Data Analysis:
- This will be the most crucial part of the job.
- Here person will be required to build not only a multi touch multi attribute engine, but also one which is able to track the roi in omnichannel environment - across online, at store and at home businesses.
- The ROI framework needs to look at metrics beyond the channel panels (FB / GOOG / Etc)
- And balance the model between first & last click attribution.
Job requirements:
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Head of Performance Marketing or similar role in an ecommerce, D2C brand, Agency environment.
- In-depth knowledge of META platforms, Google Ads, and other online advertising channels: LinkedIn, X, Snapchat, TikTok
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and draw actionable insights.
- Creative thinking and a track record of developing successful, innovative marketing campaigns.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments.
- Experience managing budgets and achieving measurable results within defined KPIs.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelors in Engineering / Mathematics / Analytics / Statistical background preferred (not mandatory)
- Minimum 6+ years of experience in performance marketing,
- Previous experience in a Performance marketing agency and D2C industry is highly desirable
