Role Description:

This is a full-time on-site role for a Brand Marketing Manager located in New Delhi. The Brand Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing brand marketing strategies, managing marketing campaigns, collaborating with cross-functional teams, conducting market research, analysing data, and tracking campaign performance. The Brand Marketing Manager will also oversee the creation of marketing materials and content, manage social media channels, and support the overall brand strategy.

Qualifications:

- Strong experience in brand marketing and campaign management

- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful marketing strategies.

- Excellent understanding of market research and data analysis

- Should have worked on the brand side either with a start-up or a D2C brand.

- The candidate should be good with complete social media management - developing content to making monthly calendars, influencer marketing, driving traffic on social media handles, handling ORM.

- The candidate should be good with developing brand collaterals, end-to-end vendor management i.e., finding the right vendor, sampling, creative designing.

- The candidate should have proficiency in understanding media planning and media buying.

- Should be aware of the growing digital trends.
