Job Summary : To drive and grow the Institutional sales business within the region for Whirlpool
Job Responsibility :
1) Formulate the Go To Market strategy for Existing and new Institution Dealers in accordance with organization's priorities
- Ensure proper coverage across the region
- Ensure growth of sales (by value, volume)
2) Monitor & analyse the market dynamics - identify business opportunity
3) Account Management
- Ensure proper funnel management
- Ensure Financial hygiene - Collection, Sign-Off, Phasing
- Ensure range selling of focus product and category
- Channel Expansion : Take key strategic decisions such as appointing of new Institution dealers
4) Inter-departmental stakeholder management - Ongoing monitoring of stock movement trends and ensuring continuous availability of key SKU
5) People Management
- Lead a team of Area Managers (Onroll) and RSOs (Offroll)
- Cascade the Regional strategy - goal setting and performance monitoring
- Provide Coaching, developmental feedback
6) Demonstrate the Whirlpool values in day-to-day activities
