Job Description
Job title: Regional HR Manager
Reports to: Director, Business HR
Division/ Department: HR Work
Location: Regional Office
PURPOSE: Managing employee lifecycle for front-end functions (Sales, Service, NBU) for a region, as an HR Business partner.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Talent Acquisition and On-boarding: Responsible for hiring right talent as per the business requirements within target timelines, ensuring a smooth on-boarding to the organization and the role
- Talent Management: Managing talent movements, providing career opportunities basis performance and potential
- Employee Engagement: Responsible for engaging with the Front End employees to ensure retention & productivity
- Operational Compliance: Responsible for maintaining operational compliance for different people processes
- Stakeholder Management

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS Full Time MBA
EXPERIENCE 3-5 years
