Job Summary :
- To ensure Sales & Network management in the assigned territory
Job Responsibilities :
Execution of Sales management process in his territory & deliver on business objectives :
- Achieve Sales Targets for the territory
- Sales Network management & expansion
Monitor & analyse the market scenario competitors activities including pricing
Trade Partner Management :
- Monitor Trade Partner inventories & plan stock indenting
- Collect feedback from distributors/dealers
- Ensure timely collections and partner sign-off
- Managing Sales Officers/ Retail Sales Officers as applicable target setting, performance monitoring etc
Inter-departmental stakeholder management :
- Ongoing monitoring of stock movement trends and ensuring continuous availability of key SKUs
- Ensure training of trade partners- salesmen and sales promoters on product
- Ensure shop-floor hygiene - display, planogram etc
- Implementation of credit policy, minimize Daily sales outstanding & increase collections
