Responsibilities: We at Wherehouse building our last mile operations and need someone to lead the vertical. As a last mile operations manager you will have following responsibilities: 1. Find and onboard partners for last mile deliveries from our Wherehouses 2. Design and Implement SOPs around last mile operations 3. Create benchmark for performance levels 4. Create incentive programs for riders for good performance Requirements: 1. Previous experience of last mile design at a growth stage startup 2. Create SOPs for all key and repetitive processes, to minimize variance and ensure a high degree of standardisation. 3. The ideal candidate has superb written and verbal communication and customer-relationship skills, and is a passionate advocate for our customers. 4. He/she can create simple, scalable solutions to difficult problems, have excellent project-management skills, and is able to communicate complex analytical results in a concise and easy-to-understand manner. 5. He/She can work and lead on the ground and build the next team. 6. Proven work experience of 3+ years in operations roles in logistics, delivery and/or mobility sector is preferred.
