- Working on in-depth customer journey and lifecycle analysis
- Creation of marketing programs, and multiple key traffic drivers, to acquire new customers and retain existing customers
- Work with cross functional teams and internal teams, including technology teams, to define, drive, and launch improvements to the customer experience
- Develop, test, and execute aggressive multi-channel marketing experiments/programs to drive customer acquisition and retention
- Conduct in-depth analyses to determine experiment/program effectiveness and to continuously improving programs and site initiatives
- You will work with the team to define GTM and build a plan around it.
- Create the narrative and build the right messaging for products at Wherehouse
- Create and run growth experiments across multiple channels
- Engage with customers, build relationships and maintain an active social presence
