Head of Growth
Wherehouse.io is a smart D2R (Direct to Retailer), helping brands to move closer to their customers enabling faster and better deliveries and accelerating business growth.
We make distribution easier for brands, and help them to be on the path of building the next ITC, Marico or HUL.
We are looking for someone to drive growth at Wherehouse.
As a growth head, your journey will look like this :
The strategist :
- As a growth head, you will don the hat of Sherlock, take out your cigar and chalk out the strategy of growth at Wherehouse
- You will analyze categories, select the signs of early adopters, map out the vision into sharp execution plan.
- You will work closely with the founders, having a visibility on both current and future road map to build P&L, pricing and lending structures.
The networker :
- You bring in the network of friends and well-wishers, helping you to build the army of early adopters and constant feedback loops
- You build the processes to farm the clientele, solving their problems and turning them to power users and advocate of Wherehouse excellence.
- You build the referral network for the existing and upcoming brands to make growth an inbound function.
The Executioner :
- You will lay down the first stones of execution, onboarding the first set of customers as an individual.
- You will identify patterns, create processes, design category P&L and make the processes adoptable and scalable.
- You will hire your team of ninjas who will later on scale the category as independent micro units.
Who is our Sherlock :
- You have 5+ years of experience in a fast paced environment.
- You understand the nuances of FMCG distribution.
- You have gone 0 to 1 previously.
- You are a process person who is on a constant outlook to drive data based improvements.
- You are a risk taker and understand what it takes to build the next gen infra.
