WheelsEye Technology is looking out for a Zonal Sales Manager will be responsible for the overall business from an entire industrial cluster/hub.

They will own the Acquisition, Business Retention, Payments Collection, Team Productivity & CAC in their clusters. To accomplish this they will also be building Acquisition and Account Management teams in their respective geographies.

Metrics :

- New Client Acquisition

- Business Retention

- Payments Collection

- Team Productivity & CAC

Key Responsibilities :

1. Team Leadership:

- Recruit, train, and mentor a team of B2B sales representatives.

- Provide ongoing coaching, feedback, and support to optimize team performance.

2. Sales Strategy and Execution:

- Develop and implement effective strategies to achieve company goals.

- Identify new business opportunities and target market segments to expand our customer base.

- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales efforts with business objectives.

3. Customer Relationship Management:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.

- Lead negotiations and contract discussions with potential clients to close sales deals.

- Ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction throughout the sales process.

4. Sales Analytics and Reporting:

- Monitor sales activities, pipeline, and performance metrics using CRM tools.

- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify areas for improvement and growth opportunities.

- Prepare regular sales reports and presentations for management review.

5. Continuous Improvement:

- Stay updated with industry trends, competitive landscape, and best practices in B2B sales.

- Implement process improvements, training programs, and sales tools to enhance team efficiency and effectiveness.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

1. 3-5 years of experience in managing a B2B Sales business (5Cr + Monthly Revenue/GMV) or High ticket size B2C Sales Business for an Area.

2. Must have built and led a large team (5+) of B2B Sales/Account Management.

3. Experienced with Distribution Models involving the entire Customer Lifecycle: Cold calling/Visit, Prospecting/Nurturing, Conversion, Upselling, Revenue Retention.

4. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

5. Preferably MBA in Sales & Marketing from tier 3 MBA Institute

Domain Experience : B2B Sales, Business Development, Channel Sales.
