Role: Regional Head (Distribution)
Background :
As we expand into newer cities & states, we want leaders who can set-up, scale-up and manage the biz in these cities / states. This role would oversee our business operations in the assigned region. The regional head will be responsible for leading and managing daily operations to achieve business goals profitably. The duties also include hiring, setting performance objectives, guiding, evaluating and optimising operational performance, ensuring regulatory and company standards are upheld, and tracking operational & financial metrics.
Objective :
The RH is expected to own the business for the entire region involving New Acquisition, Retention, Revenue/Trip Penetration, Payments Collection, CAC and overall P&L. Regional Head will be building a team of ZSMs to manage each cluster in their respective geographies. These ZSMs will further be hiring
Skill Set : Strong Sales Leadership Skills -
1) Team Building & Management: Ability to hire, train and lead a large team handling multiple KRA's
2) Training & Coaching - Ability to train & create right processes around team training
