WheelsEye is a hyper-growth tech logistics startup. We started in 2017 with the idea to empower the Truck Fleet Owners, and enable them and their business via technology. We started off as a GPS tracking company and today we have created an entire ecosystem of services aimed at transforming truck logistics in India. We are providing fleet owners with a one-stop platform for all their needs: Fastag, Fuel, Credit, Insurance, Maintenance, Marketplace, and more.

Roles and Responsibilities:
Acquisition & Onboarding:
- Proficiency in identifying key acquisition channels (e.g., digital marketing, partnerships, referrals) and optimizing them for cost-effectiveness and scalability
- Expertise in creating a seamless onboarding experience, including user registration, profile setup, verification processes, and initial usage of the platform.
- Ability to leverage data and analytics to continuously improve acquisition and onboarding processes, reducing friction and drop-off rates.
Experience Required:
- Experience working in an agile environment (e.g., user stories, iterative development, scrum teams, sprints, personas)
- Experience in collaborating with senior leadership and influencing decision making/project planning at a program level
- Team Handling Experience - Ability to work independently and also nurture a team of APMs/PMs to deliver the goals.
- An entrepreneurial mindset with experience in fast-paced, dynamic environments, such as startups or high-growth companies.
