Logistics is complex, unorganized, completely offline, and deep with trivial and deep-rooted problems. Though the industry contributes 14% to the GDP not much focus has been put and progress has been made to solve the problems of the industry.
The vision is to empower truck fleet operators and build a truck service ecosystem to solve road logistics.

- Not just FOs, WheelsEye closely works with NPCI, NHAI, Banks, NBFCs, OEMs, Oil companies, Insurance companies, Tyre companies & thousands of SMEs also
- Strong on-ground execution done with the presence of 2500+ Sales Reps, 3000+ Agents, 1500+ Service Staff stationed across 400+ districts in India. A central team of about 500 people operates out of Gurgaon, India
- Since mid-2020, WheelsEye App is continuously featuring on the leaderboard of "Top 10 B2B Business Apps" & "Top 100 Business Apps" on Google Play Store
- WheelsEye app is used to secure trucks against theft, track location, build operational visibility & efficiency, manage toll transactions, avail credit from NBFCs, purchase fuel, and insurance & reduce empty truck runs.
The ecosystem approach helps us go deep with every FO, creating an unassailable moat
- 13% of trucks in India are WheelsEye GPS enabled, generating 4 billion data pointers everyday. 28% of trucks in India have used our platform services 2 Apps are live with 10L+ Downloads, with MAU & DAU of 90% and 60% respectively.

Responsibilities
- Need to build & manage a team size of 40-50 members
- Drive product & services sales through team building, motivating field sales teams, and conflict resolution - acting as a bridge between HQ and field sales teams
- Identify & estimate market potential in a given territory and build sales teams in accordance with demand projections
- Solve issues in a timely manner and work on team motivation
