What do we need from your end?
- As an EIR, you are expected to be a hustler who can wear different hats and work closely with heads.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targets.
- Research and Analysis - Conducting thorough research, analyzing the industry trends/processes, identifying market opportunities and reporting the insights and recommendations to the management in regular intervals.
- Handling/creating business verticals - Establishing business processes, interacting customers (on- field and virtual) to ensure seamless growth, running internal end- to- end projects that can span any vertical such as sales, operations, product etc.
- Work directly with Founders. Maintain the P&L; complete ownership and entrepreneurial mindset.
Requirements:
- Possess extensive knowledge of sales principles and practices, and an ability to coach others on them.
- A go- getter who knows how to get things done.
- Entrepreneurial mindset and past startup experience (running/non- running).
- Multi- tasker who can manage multiple projects efficiently.
- Over and above - strong- willed, sharp problem solver and hands on.
