About the Role:

WheelseyeTechnologies is seeking a highly motivated and experienced HR Business Partner & Talent Management Specialist to join our team. This dual role will be critical in driving our people strategy, fostering a high-performing culture, and ensuring we have the right talent in the right place at the right time. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a strong understanding of both HR business partnering and talent management principles, and a passion for developing people and organizations.

HR Business Partner Responsibilities :

- Employee Relations (Mandatory skill): Proficient in resolving workplace issues and fostering a positive work environment.

- Strategic Planning (Mandatory skill): Ability to align HR practices with business strategies to promote organizational growth.

- Deliver timely information and education on HR issues to all levels of the company.

- Educate, coach, and partner with managers on performance management and employee development goals.

- Provide HR expertise in feedback, employee relations, development and coaching, Talent Management


Responsibilities: compensation, and organizational development.

- Contribute to the ongoing development of HR programs, including recruiting, retention, compensation, benefits, and Learning & Development.

- Collaborate with the HR team to champion and accelerate a culture of excellence, fostering employee engagement and driving top business results.

Talent Management Responsibilities:

- Talent Management Responsibilities: Performance Management (as mentioned above): Lead and refine the performance management process, ensuring alignment with company goals and providing training and resources to managers.

- Talent Acquisition (in partnership with Talent Acquisition team): Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to ensure effective recruitment strategies are in place to attract and hire top talent. Participate in key interviews and provide insights on candidate fit from a business partner perspective.

- Talent Development: Identify high-potential employees and develop individualized development plans, including coaching, mentoring, training, and stretch assignments.

- Performance Management (as mentioned above): Lead and refine the performance management process, ensuring alignment with company goals and providing training and resources to managers.

Qualification

- Full time Post Graduate in Human Resources from an premier institute.

- Relevant experience as HR business partner

- Excellent business partnering skills, ability to persuade and influence business leaders.

- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and follow-through.

- Excellent Communication & Relationship Building skills.

- Ability to deal with ambiguity and high pace of working
