WFM Planner/Analyst - BPO

Currently we have an opening with one of our client in IT-BPO company.

Position : Analyst (WFM)

Location : Andheri, Mumbai

Job Profile

- Maintain and track all line of businesses for scheduling efficiency and develop/devise action plans for those not meeting goals consistently

- Review Hiring Plans for measuring forecasting accuracy, accurate shrinkage inputs, AHT & new hire batch planning

- Oversee scheduling philosophy of schedule assignments

- What if Scenario modeling

- Back Office Planning (Preferred)

- Long & Short term Forecasting

Qualification

- Strong attention to detail.

- Should be proficient in use of Advanced Excel Formulae including Pivot Tables, Arrays, What-If Analysis, etc.

- 2- years of WFM experience with minimum 1 year as Planner or Scheduler

- Proven experience in communicating with peers and associates. Ability to evaluate requirements and make sound recommendations

- Strong MI & Reporting skills

- Advanced knowledge of Scheduling systems like IEX , Blue pumpkin, Business Object

- Minimum HSC

- Candidates having RTM (Real Time Management) & MIS experience need not apply.
