Head of HR Business Partnering (HRBP)
Key Responsibilities :
Strategic Business Partnership :
- Partner with business leaders to understand business objectives and develop HR strategies to support them.
- Provide HR expertise to drive business outcomes and improve organizational performance.
HR Solution Development and Implementation :
- Develop and implement HR solutions to address business needs, such as talent management, leadership development, and employee engagement.
- Collaborate with COEs (Centers of Excellence) to leverage best practices and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
Leadership and Team Management :
- Lead and mentor a team of HR professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure effective delivery of HR services.
- Develop and manage budgets, resources, and vendors to support HR initiatives.
Talent Management and Development :
- Develop and implement talent management strategies to attract, retain, and develop top talent.
- Collaborate with business leaders to identify leadership development needs and develop programs to address them.
Employee Engagement and Experience :
- Develop and implement employee engagement strategies to improve employee satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate with business leaders to create a positive employee experience.
Technology and Data-Driven Insights :
- Leverage HR technology ( HRIS, performance management tools, analytics platforms) to drive business outcomes and improve HR processes.
- Analyze HR data and metrics to inform strategic decisions and measure program effectiveness.
- Collaborate with IT and other stakeholders to implement and optimize HR technology solutions.
Requirements :
Experience :
- 10-15 years of experience in HRBP role, preferably in shared services companies, IT/ITeS setup, or captive organizations (GICs, GCCs).
Education :
- Postgraduate degree in HR or related field.
Skills :
- Strong business acumen and understanding of organizational dynamics.
- Excellent communication, influencing, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to develop and implement HR strategies that drive business outcomes.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Proficiency in HR technology and analytics tools.
Certifications :
- SHRM, GPHR, or other relevant HR certifications preferred.
