We invite a dynamic, result oriented Regional Sales Manager with a proven track record in pharmaceutical sales to leverage his/her existing relationships & manage and expand business in new territories. Excellent leadership and communication skills are a must.

Roles:

- Manages the entire team of RSO's in Delhi NCR region.

- A proven candidate with previous pharma sales track record and team management experience.

- Knows KPI building and tracking mechanics.

- Min 8 years of Pharma Sales Experience with excellent communication and articulation skills.

- Carries deep relationship in the Chemist & Distributor fraternity.

- Candidate has excellent relationship with the Retailers associations.

- A thorough team, project, task and sales target manager.

- Has experience on frontline sales.

- Should be a team builder & motivator

- Customer relationship Builder

Responsibilities:

Implement Welnus promotion strategies.

Revenue generation, Target achievement

Build and manage a team of Retail Sales Oficers (RSOs)

Company's representative in the Assigned Zone.

Exploring new territories

Strategy for introducing new product in the territory

To be responsible for sales in his assigned product & area in the zone

To achieve his individual target & the targets of his team members

To motivate, support & coordinate with his team to achieve sales target

To ensure customer satisfaction through various services offered by the company

To comply with company's systems and processes

Grow existing relationships and build new relationships.

Strategies and lead to Promote and market Welnus among chemists, distributors, Doctor, Hospitals etc.

Developing sales & marketing strategies to build consumer preference and drive volumes; evolving market segmentation and penetration strategies to achieve targets

Conducting competitor analysis by keeping aligned with market trends and competitor moves to achieve market share metrics

Managing the gamut of tasks including manpower planning and coordinating with the Sales Teams

Leading and motivating the team to achieve preset targets

Running the sales and marketing operations for increasing and driving sales initiatives in order to achieve business goals.

Achieving regional and territory wise targets, monitoring the sales on a quarterly basis.

Identifying key business opportunities in new and existing market and ensuring sales and market share of of the products with effective utilization of available resources resulting in maximum ROI on sales.

Business analysis, Market trend analysis, evaluating market trends, develops need based strategies effective implementation of planned strategies &Team management

Who can apply-

Education & Skills- Minimum 8 years experience in Pharma Sales & Marketing B.Sc/M.Sc/B.Pharma & MBA, Pharma Marketing, Pharma Sales, Business Development, Sales & Marketing, Team Building, Leadership, Revenue Generation, Target Achievement, Presentation Skills.
